Sagging wavy epoxy not totally dry?

I have a decal area, 4" long where the epoxy finish is slightly wavy and hasn't totally dried. It is still a bit tacky. My question is how can the tackiness be fixed? It has been 2 weeks and is still tacky. Any suggestions? Sand, reapply a thin coat?
Puzzled, what do I do?
Thanks,
Dave

You'll have to apply another carefully measured and mixed application over the top of what you have now.

No need to sand unless you're trying to remove imperfections.

What Tom K said......4" would need about 1 CC to cover, but you should mix 3, at least, because the brush, and the container will account for 1 CC easy, leaving you with zilch to work with.
Many threads at the forum deal with how much resin to mix to get a 'for sure' cure, and 3 comes up a lot. Once you get your wet coat on the rod, I've found it best to brush down the wrap, one way only, from rod to the grip. any excess would then be at the butt, and easily removed, or blended.
Or picked back up, and re-distributed at the other end of the wrap.
A thick wet coat, with removal of excess by the one-way brush thing, seems to work ok at this end.... you may have different deals, and different ways, and however you tackle it, I'm sure you'll be cool.

Thank you everyone for the helpful suggestions.
I measure my epoxy precisely and used the same mixture on the guide wraps.
The wraps are dry, but the label is still tacky... I don't know what went wrong.
I will recoat tonite.
Thanks,
Dave
