I was searching for a light 9 foot multipiece 10 wt blank and the lightest I've found is the Lamiglass Perigee 9' 9/10 wt 3-piece at 1 7/8 oz.
Surprisingly the one known as "the lightest" i.e. Loomis GLX weighs in at 2.65 oz - thats the 9' 4-piece 10 wt blank.
Are there any lighter 10 wt blanks out there ?

Keep in mind that If you haven't got the ERN values on those blanks, you might well be comparing apples to oranges. A lot of early graphite 9/10 weights, for example, probably have ERNs in the 6-7 range (based on my CCS measurements of many other vintage rods) and may well be the "lightest" but they also might not be what you are looking for. Just something to consider if you really want to make valid comparisons.

Although I have not weighed it, the CTS Maxim would likely be among the lightest. One has to remember that comparing blanks by weight is not really a fair comparison because the tapers are NEVER the same, the resin content is never the same.....things are rarely equal in rod blanks. You may indeed find the lightest 10wt. you're looking for, but then the question becomes does the butt section have enough power to do what a 10wt. needs to do? Are the walls thick enough to handle normal use and abuse? What you 're likely wanting to find is the 10wt with the most efficient power to weight ratio.

My Dan Craft 10 wt Sig V is lighter than my Perigee, but they don't have the same hardware on them. Still I think the Dan Craft is lighter though. I also have the older 3 pieceblank. Dan can tell you how much difference there may be with the 4 piece. Last I heard Dan still had some 3 piece 10 wts available, but that was some months ago.

Is the Perigee 9/10 wt a "bad" blank ? Its relatively "cheap".
I seem to remember it has an ERN around 9,65

I like my Perigee, fishes beutifully and is a striking rod to fish with, especially in the sun.
