Fly Rod Building DVD's

In my previous post I inquired about purchasing rod building DVD's. I should have mentioned Fly Rod Building DVD's because I build them most often. I'm a novice and learning with a lot of help from my buddy, Ed. But, he lives 2 hours away, and I bug him over the phone more often than he prefers, I'm sure.
Thanks,
Bruce

Rod building is rod building - not much different with fly rods other than that the reel seat normally goes in first.

Ken Preston made a fly rod building video or DVD that I think several sponsors offer. Other than that, I don't there are any fly rod specific videos available.

There is one put out in the "hooked on fly fishing" series with Bill Martz. It is pretty basic though. I'm not sure of anything else specific to fly rod though. Hope this helps.

Best dvd I ever saw was Doc Ski's one where he builds an offshore rod. I think he shows so much that can be applied in so many other rods. I think Tom made a good point.
