Loomis used to make one and so did All Star. All Star is out of the blank business now, however.

You'll need to just check with each manufacturer. That's a pretty popular combination these days and I'm sure several companies will have them.

Stefan,
Look at the Rainshadow IF 10 ft 5 wt, I've built both the 4 and 5 wt blanks when they still made the 4 wt and I wouldn't want to have my life decided on the difference. They virtually fished the same.

Check with Andy Dear, he handles CTS, I know they have one, also Gatti makes one.

I built the DanCraft FT1004-4 as a light switch rod. I love the rod, its really fun to fish. However, it is a pretty stout 4wt IMHO. I throw a 6wt overhead with it, and the rod just eats it up. Landed probably 30 steelhead with it this spring on the Karluk River on Kodiak Island this spring at field camp while working for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Held up great. If he's looking for a trout rod, I would go with the 1003-4.
