just a heads -up....
PC stitch is popular, but, I found "Patternmaker" from hobbyware.com to be better.(?) Obviously, you can make a grid pattern from any image or text,& tweak the colors to your liking. If you get VERSION 4..it will print a list for Madeira polyneon [www.rodbuilding.org] Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/27/2006 08:55AM by Tom Kirkman. Re: Making weave patterns

I use Microsoft Powerpoint to make my patterns. I went into Powerpoint and set up a grid template and saved it. Now I can import a picture or cut and paste a picture from any source and put it on my grid. After I get the picture resized to suit me I just right click on the picture and move my picture to the back behind my grid. Then I can save my patterns to a file and print them when I need to. I also can make a back-up disc in case I delete them by accident. Of course I have a Son-in law that is a computer wizard that showed me how to do it. He is also an Army Major that has just returned from overseas so we are glad to have him back. Re: Making weave patterns

You can also just print out your pattern on grid paper. It takes a bit longer to tweak everything, ubt it still works Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
