FishSticks4U - Thanks

Every now and then you get lucky and find someone who will sell you what you need and what your want (not the same things, by the way) at a great price. And then every now and then you will find a vendor who knows what you're trying to do and has the expertise to help you out, or at least suggest things to do or ways to do them that goes way beyond the normal definition of "service". And then every now and then you'll find a vendor that looks out after you as a customer.

I placed and order with FishSticks4U at the beginning of the week. I noticed a small difference in the email confirmation I got, /vs/ what I thought I had ordered.
I mentioned that by email. They sent the order the same day - in itself, great service. But they caught my mistake before the order even got out the door and corrected it, and the prices along with it. That takes the service from great to super.

Robert, Ray, and Kevin have been just super to us. We first met them at the Charlotte show and after messing with us for two straight days I'm surprised they don't just run the other way when they hear it's us on the phone. But in every call, every email, every order they have been spot-on, and in every case when we have questions they spend more time than I would ever have believed explaining, suggesting, and teaching - even though it might not increase our order at all. If they don't have it, they'll get it for us - and keep the price where we need it, without us even asking.

They know their products and believe in them, and back them without question. Our customers just keep telling us the quality of the rods we build is better than they expected. I credit our ability to do that, to the help and service we've had from FS4U.

And yes, they are a sponsor.

Thanks, guys.
Uncle Russ

Exactly my experience with the guys at FishSticks. They are knowlegable, friendly, and have some of the best prices in the country. They seem to enjoy interacting with the customer and treat a small purchase like it was the most important item of the day.

I too can't say enough good things about fishsticks4u and share the same comments as Bob Purvis. I placed a rush order just last week that I needed to receive before I left on a trip. Robert got right on it and made sure all of my order made it to me before I left.
