I have had this software for about 6 months and have finally decided to use it for a simple maze pattern out of D Clemens book. The wrap Came out really nice but I decided to strip it off and re wrap it using elongated spacing. The problem I am having is trying to figure out how to make visual wrap creat the spacing for an elongated pattern with out the wrap being way to long ? I would like to creat four patterns of the maze. Butt dia 20mm and the tip is 19mm. Any help or advise is greatly apreciated. Thankyou.

Check out the VisualWrap site. Go to "Using Visualwrap" discussion board, on page two there's a "spacing" topic that might help you out.

Bill, you have to tinker with VW to get elongated spacing. One thing missing from your specs is the length of the area you want wrapped.

The specs you gave, 20 & 19mm with 4 repeats -square spacing will be 245mm. If you are elongating the pattern, you need to figure out how long you want to make the pattern, and measure the blank in that area. Also, how much do you want to elongate the wrap?

Answer these questions here, and I'll do me best to explain exactly how to do this, it's a little confusing but it does work pretty good.
