Rod Exposition Update

On the one hand, it's still a long way out, but on the other hand it'll be here before you know it. We've already sold over 100 advance tickets to the event (no big hurry - we won't sell out) and close to 125 hotel rooms at the host hotel (I have no idea how many have been reserved at other local hotels - the Radisson is the only one we have any sort of agreement with). Batson Enterprises has already purchased 5 full booth spaces and nearly all of the vendors who were on hand last year have personally told me that they plan to return this year. Many are buying additional booth spaces this year so the event will certainly be much larger, again.

I'm adding some new names to the seminar presenters' list this year and they'll be up on the website within the next month or so.

Most of our national advertising will kick in later this Fall. The goal is 2,000 rod builders and another 2,000 or more general interest fishermen. It's a tall order, but I think we can do it. A better way to put it is like this - we will do it.

Unless we get banned from participation we intend to bring enough RODS for a high percentage of the 2,000 general interest fisherman to take one or more home with them! All types, all sizes, all colors, all shapes at prices that can not be refused! We will also market rods to a select group of customers at buy one get one free at negotiated prices. We will keep all products targeted for builders under wraps until Clyde returns from the marsh!

Watch out Bill!
The Wally World folks might be wanting to talk to you! Do you think
Clyde will like China? LOL!

Looking forward to finally getting to shake some hands in High Point!

Eventually, all things merge, and a river runs through it..
