My wife was totally disinterested in my Rod Business until she attended Putter's marbelizing seminars at Charlotte. She came home all fired up...wanting to become a partner...Change the name of the business...I told her let's see her wrap on some guides before we go that far. She has started marbelizing all kinds of stuff. She is even teaching me in exchange for wrapping lessons...I promised Putter I would post some pics of her work so now the whole first page of my gallery is filled with them. They are in miscellaneous..Please feel free to check them out as well as the rest of my gallery. All comments will be appreciated whether positive or negative...and remember.....It's Putter's Fault.....LOL

P.S. Putter.....Guinn says Hi !!!

P.S.S. If she marbelizes my toilet......I'll have to kill ya Putter.....just kidding

Ha, ha, now you know what my wife has been putting up with all these years! Looks like she's going to enjoy marbling on some rods for you Steve. That's a good thing!

Tell Guinn to leave the toilet alone cuz I'm too busy to disappear right now... LOL.

Steve,
You better get some pigment and thread finish stock!

Steve,

I see she has already started on the inside of the house. Just keep her supplied and you will thank Putter that you will never have to paint your house again. (inside or out-even your mailbox) That will be the best test of finish that could ever be done. Just picture an fully marbled house, Thanks to Putter. LOL!

I can see it now, not an unmarbled surface to be found, anywhere around. Ralph

If at first you don't succeed, go fishing, then try, try again.

Well, Looks to me as if she has gotten the hang of the marbling down to a T. Like the different color combos she used. Very nice! And I think it is neat that you and your wife are going to "trade services" in order for you both to learn. That is neat.
Hope I can learn how to do that someday. My hubby doesnt have the patience to learn to build or wrap rods, so he is leaving that skill to me to learn.
Lori :)

Lori, Go for it!! Marbling is pretty easy and a lot of fun. "No Brainer" and addictive. No 2 alike. There is a short tutorial in the library at the top of the page. Need any help, holler or shoot me an e-mail
