Love the titanium but at $145 it might cost more than the blank. The U-22 has titanium hardware and any of several beautiful wood inserts for around $85. A better value for my money. I put a U-22 on one of Dan Crafts 10' FT 8wt blanks and it made very nice looking and corrosion resistant fly rod. Spent the rest of the money I didn't spend on the U-21 seat on a set of Fuji titanium guides. Both are great, can't go wrong. Lynn Santa Rosa, CA Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
