Neal's Fishing Products will be closed this afternoon and every Friday afternoon thru the month of May. I am teaching 120 fifth grade kids the art of fishing rod building. I will be speaking to them today and this Friday afternoon they will start to build their casting fishing rods.

Sorry for any inconviences to my customers.

That's a good deed Neal. On the other hand, if I had learned how to build fishing rods in the fifth grade, I would have lost all motivation to pursue other things and would have ended up "living in a van down by the river". (quote from commedian Chris Farley's motivational speaker series).

Good point Fred, these 5th graders might have a bright and happy future after all. Still, I'm not sure about the ethics of introducing young kids to something as addictive as rodbuilding. Teaching them how to cook up a batch of meth might be less risky.
