The link for the new EasyWeave Loom is now active. You can find it to the left in the sponsor column. I saw these in Charlotte and have to say they are very nicely made. A great way to get started in weaving at a very low price.

These are very nicely made. I'm not sure how many threads they'll handle. And, Easy Weave is a board sponsor.

Well guys,

The Kel's jig comes with 2 sets of jigs, one for "A" and one for "D" size thread. Both carry 50 threads.

Since I purchased that set I have made several of my own sets. One set with 105 thread slots.

Next up on my list is the Wonder Weaver.

As far as being a sponsor, there is another sponsor on the left that carries Kel's jig in their catalog.

Tight lines to all ~ ~

You going to make a Wonder Weaver ? The concept looks simple enough.

I looked at the EasyWeave and it looks good...............Good engineering and a good site for this product.....good price as well...........Just my opinion........Running off again becasue I don't want to go back to the shop and finish that tuna weave............Thanks

I made mine for about $4.00 and they hold 80 threads. Actually pretty easy to make.

Kel's jig is certainly fine, although they are not a sponsor here (they don't help me pay the bills to keep this site online).

The EasyWeave Loom is an extremely well made item and I hope those looking for such a jig will give them first shot. Consider them all, but when similar items are similarly priced, I hope you'll remember those who keep this site online. Thanks.

No Bill, I'm NOT going to make my own Wonder Weaver,,, I'm going to buy it... BUT- - - after I get it,,,,,,,, one never knows what one can make from a "proto-type" !!!! hahahahahah

I hope the new sponsor sells a thousand of them... I just thought it resemembled (sp) the Kel's jig, and I know that when you start getting into some of the more complicated weaves, 40 threads won't do much for you...

When I got the Kel's, I was wondering why they had so many places for thread, but now with the more intricate the weaves, the higher number of threads go up.

I know the first lettering weaves I did only had 7 threads. That was plenty of threads to do names,, at first, not near enough to do signatures of some of my clients now.

Have fun at it fellows ~~

I started and continue all the way up to 80 thread patterns, with masking tape folded back on itself. I hope nobody is doing that sort of thing these days now that we have all these nice weaving tools to choose from.
