Is there a web site or anywhere to get in contact with who sells this thread?

I would think any fabric/craft store will have them. I've seen the thread at Micheal's and Joanne fabrics.

Or you could google Maderia thread and that should take you to their website.

Madeira web site is madeirausa.com
I just set up a account with them you will need a business resale number in order to get what you need. They have a satalite branch here in Charlotte. If you can't or just want to order some of their thread then I can help you if you tell me what you need. They have some nice color cards of polyneon and metalic that you can choose colors from and they are aranged in somewhat order of the color spectrum that can also be ordered. These cards are actual threads wrapped on small cards not just printed colors.

Try this site. I just bought a big order from them. Very fast delivery and great prices. Also, buy the color thread card for $6 . Really helpful when buying thread in the future.

Jim,

Just a little caveat on that site. They offer numerous types of Madeira thread so make sure what you order is Polyneon or Metallic. The rayons really aren't very suitable for rod building. Also, if you have a business/tax license, Like Thad said, it takes about 2 minutes to set up an account online and order direct for about half the price!
