I am looking for a 6'6" crankbait blank for a friend, moderate action, soft tip?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave Ervin

Two that I would recommend would be St Croix 3C66MM or the Shikari MB662. I know on the Shikari site it calls that blank to be fast action, but it has been a great small cranbait rod for myself.

I've done one Batson crankbait blank and like it a lot. I also like my G Loomis crankbait blanks as well but they're definitely more expensive. You will have to decide what size crankbaits you're throwing before you choose your blank.

The St. Croix M series make a very good crankbait rod.

Dave,
I still have several of the American Made AllStar Glass Crankbait blanks in stock. Great blanks for spinnerbaits and buzzbaits as well.

Hi Andy,
How are you doing? Sorry to hear of your loss in the family.
My friend said he would like a graphite blank. Would you have anything like this in all-star graphite?
6'6" medium action modular taper, soft tip good flexibility, baitcaster blank.
Let me know. I may have another order for a couple of rods.
Thanks,
Dave
