adding a silver tag wrap ht mettallic thread gudebrod i added the tag to the stripping guides no problem but the snakes are giving me problems is there a trick to this the main wrap is already on the rod.

I just start them the way you usually do but over a pull loop making sure the starter tag to be trimmed 1st is away from you and the loop is nearer to you, so you don't pull the starter tag free when you pull the final tag through. It usually requires about 5-6 tag revolutions to pull this off Re: trim wrap
