I was with my wife last weekend and we sere doing a little shopping at the mall. My wife wanted to stop at Bath and Beauty Works to get some of that antibacterial soap that comes in the funny shaped pump bottle. Incidentally, my Mom claims that that soap takes the smell of fish off your hands better than any other she's tried. Anyway, as I wasn't too interested in anything they sell, I was about to wait outside when I noticed all the different samples of lotions and soaps. Next to some of the samples were these small white appplicators that I immediately realized would work for finishing rods. I just tried it and they work great. I'm glad I grabbed a handful of them. FYI - Also:
MUD HOLE CATALOG 2006. Page 96. STOCK #: "SPATULA SET" = $16. 4-piece, metallic spatula set. One pie-shaped blade; one rounded tip; one short-tapered rectanglar tip; and one long rectanglar blade. All have straight edges. All are "in-line" with the handle, and "in-plane" and continuous with the rolled handle, and not "off-set". M-H says: "Great for applying finish or mixing epoxy. Just wipe clean, and use again." Since I have several pharmacy / laboratory spatulas, I have not tried these listed above. -Cliff Hall+++ Re: good source for spatulas
