Common Cents Question?

I'm looking to build the set up I see in the Common Cents info with the peg board & such. However, the pictures show an unbuilt rod being calibrated. I thought I read Tom say somewhere, and seems from the CCS site info, the system is for completed rods. Confused again.
Thanks,
Todd

The CCS system is used both for completed rods and blanks. There is a page of data on blanks on the CCS Data Site. The System is good to evaluate blanks, to see if they should meet your needs, before time and money is spent building on them.

It can be used for either. Makes no difference.
