Long range forecast

Although they're now calling for snow and ice late this weekend, the long range 10 to 12 day forecast shows unseasonably high temperatures (mid-50's) and only a slight chance of light rain for Charlotte on the 25 & 26th.

We'll know a lot more come Monday and Tuesday of next week, but so far, things are looking pretty decent weatherwise.

Drove down in a snow storm last year from Maryland all the way down past Richmond ... watched the snow start up Sunday night in Charlotte last year & drove back in a snow storm ... Not a problem last year & I will not let it cause me a concern this year either. 4x4 trucks are GOOD

Ancient Chinese Proverb: "Never speak of how well outboard motor is running until one is back at dock. Same fate will befall one who speaks of good weather forecast."

Seriously, I'm with you Tom. Optimistic. We've been in a see-saw pattern here in NC for the past several weeks. This weekend is supposed to be icy and next weekend looks much better,

Pete K.

You never know with the weather....It was 26 degrees this morning in "Sunny California" about an hour north of SF. Was in the 70's just a few days ago though.

My favorite weather moment. SNOW....in England....IN JULY!!??!!???!!

Derek
