Decal Connection woes

Has anybody had trouble getting decals from Decal Connection recently? I've gotten used to their fast turnaround, but I'm getting no response, either by e-mail or phone, about a recently-placed order.

I also recently experienced the slightest of hiccups with DC. After placing an order I waited several days w/o a shipment or billing request. After shooting them an email they promptly sent the order confirmation and bill pay info. Got the decals a couple days later (this morning). This is in no way a complaint about DC. I'm sure the new owners are getting used to things and learning that their customers are used to the prompt service that Jimi gave. After bringing it to their attention my order was expedited in very quick fasion.

Watch the weather also. While not in the severe weather further north and east, it looks like Clarksville has gotten their share of bad weather the past few days. Best of luck to those in that part of Tennessee.

I finally got through to Deb. I'm not sure what happened, but it's all straightened out now.

My original post was not meant to be critical of them at all. They are great people with exceptionally fast service, so when I hadn't heard from them in about a week after I sent the order I thought that something might have happened that I didn't know about. Fortunately all is well.

I have had no problems. I still need to pay them for my lasy order. They are a great bunch to deal with. I still don't understand the recent move to Clarksville.

Ed,
Jimi sold the business some time ago and the new owners live in Clarksville. Jimi trained them right!!! Still the same great service and quality!!!

I had an order in with them a while ago...sent via email but didn't hear anything for a couple weeks. Sent another, got a response, and the decals showed up in my mailbox that day. Odd, but hey, it worked out.
