I fly in to the Charlotte airport on Saturday morning at 9:20AM. Does anyone want to split a cab fare from the airport to the convention center?

There is a shuttle van that makes the rounds between the airport and hotels about every 10-15 minutes and cost about $15 round trip. Takes about 10 minutes, if I remember right, to get to the Westin (right across the street from the show). You just call them the night before you leave and tell them what time to pick you up to leave. Just as fast and a lot cheaper that a taxi

If your flight is late you need to consider just how important a few minutes really are. The cab fare is a flat $ 19 one way but it takes about 15 minutes for the trip. You may have a serious anxiety attack while waiting for the Shuttle. If you consider all you might miss you may want to schedule a helicopter to meet you at the gate and fly you directly to the roof of the Convention Center. I never thought anyone would not be standing in line when the doors opened!

Get there as soon as you can - we will all be waiting!

You only have to call them and let them know when to pick you up at the hotrl and take you to the airport when you leave town. When you get in, you just go out in front of the airport terminal and wait at the shuttle sign.
