I FIND SMALL SCRATCHES ON BLANK CREATED BY ROLLERS ON HAND WRAPER. HOW MAY THESE BE ELIMINATED?

Bill, you may be able to bufff with a fine car polish if they are not too deep.I always apply masking tape to the area where the rollers ride to prevent marring the blank. If they are too deep a coat of permagloss should do the trick.

If they are very shallow, you might try spraying some WD-40 and then wiping down. It's worked for me in the past, helps spiff up a guide replace job too, just spray blank and wraps when done, then wipe down.

The question should be, why are the rollers marking the blank. I would check for foreign material on the rollers. The masking tape is your safest bet.

Use FLITZ metal polish. If your blank has a high gloss finish it will do better than car polish. Try it, you will not regret it.

Another product that works is 3M Imperial Hand Glaze - no wax or silicone. Not for matt finish though.
