I have built a few trout rods and am looking to build a spey rod 14/15ft #10 ish. Any suggestions on the best around.

what kind of fishing/casting are you going to do with it? What type of lines? Shooting heads? Short belly? Mid-belly? Long belly?
Overhead or spey or both?
How about casting style? Dominant bottom hand, dominant top hand or both about equally?

If you know the answers to these questions, it is a lot easier to find appropriate blank. If not, I suggest you go out and try rods and lines to find what you need and then you'll be a lot wiser and get better advice. This way you'll save both money and effort.
