Hi Andy....

Sorry for posting a personal <> But I have been trying to reach you via various routes and cannot connect.

Could you mail me again with your correct phone number as I'd like to order QTs or Gals of the ThreadMaster.

Need to give you my CC number to pay.

Thanks...Bob

I left a message with Andy on Tuesday, and have not heard back. I assume he must be too busy to respond to customers.

Mike,
I make every attempt to return all phone calls the same day they were recieved, however in your case you were calling from a cell phone, and the number you left was completely unintelligable due to some bad reception in your area. The only digits I could make out were 707....and that was it. So in a case like that the best I can do is hope that you'll email me or try calling again, which to my knowledge you haven't doen either.

Let me know if I can help with anything.

Andy Dear

One person operations often do find themselves too busy to respond to customers immediately, or even the next day. We all have to remember, than one person vendors have to do more than just answer the phone - they have pick and pack orders. drive them to the PO or UPS, and take care of their other daily business.

Again <> I apologize for posting a personal.

For sure the lack of a correct phone number was an error from my end, and surely not Andy's fault.

Andy has always been among the best in getting back with a quick response.
