I have a Pac Bay and I just popped out the peg that was closest to the tread tensioner on the right side of the crriage board ,stayed back about 1/2" from the peg hole and drilled a hole the size of the screw that came with @#$%& tensioner . Works just fine for me it just might work for you.
However if you don't want to go that route, you can go to home Depot and get you a piece of plexiglas and some wheels that they use for shower doors and make you a carriage board just for the @#$%&. Good luck on what ever way you choose. <<<<DON>>>>
