I am building a fly/spin rod using a Cortland real seat and threaded extension butt i sourced from their online store. I need what cortland calls a threaded rubber button no 248. It is not listed on their web site and I have not been able to get them to respond tp my emails re avaliabliity.
Can anyone point me to a sponsor who might have cortland real seat parts. Thank you!

try calling cortland on the phone. my personal feeling is email shouldn't be considered the primary form of communication, particularly when dealing with detailed things like your rubber button no 248. when email went unanswered for a day or two, i simply called them in my own past dealing and they answered and were very helpful. good luck.
