i was looking for a nice green to use on a bamboo rod. all of the solid greens were not working for me. i tried gudebrod classic twist yellow and black (which is actually kind of a light emerald green) and viola. its gorgeous. with color preserver it is absolutely iridescent. and it looks so good on bamboo. just had to share my enthusiasm! Along with the Gudebrod twists...look into Rice twists, a couple few different shades that would also look great on a fly rod. Re: nice green

i did one of those with the orange and black but i think the "yellow" and black would be very nice on that blank. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
