Evening everyone,
Does anyone know where I can find a 7' 2 weight blank? I'd prefer a moderate fast blank, but will look at anything that fits the description. Thanks for your help. John Re: 7' 2 wt. rod

Dan Craft 701-2 Sig III is called a 1 weight by him but I'd bet it'd throw a 2 without much trouble. Scott Kinney The Longest Cast Fly Rods [www.thelongestcast.com] Re: 7' 2 wt. rod

Second Dan Craft. I just finished one and had a chance to use it on small browns in Utah. What a pleasure to cast and fish!
Price is moderate and he can hook you up with the components as well. Phil Re: 7' 2 wt. rod

Dan also used to have a 7'0" 5-piece 2-weight Signature IV.
I bought one and built it for myself about two months ago. Pretty nice, but these might be all gone. Josh Markvan www.markvanheirloom.com Re: 7' 2 wt. rod

John, I am building a 7' rod for my niece's younger son on a Tiger Eye 7' two piece blank that they call a 3/4. I CC'd it at ERN 3.27, which to me is more of a two weight. The AA is 62. It has nice moderate+ action. Re: 7' 2 wt. rod

One more vote for the Dan Craft Signature IV five piece. Nice blank and makes a great little rod.
