I would like to read the New Guide Concept atricle from RodMaker Magazine Volume 3 #4 issue. Is this available as a file somewhere or only through ordering the back issue? Thanks.

No, it's not available anywhere other than in the back issue.

Okay, that isn't to give you a hard time, the good news for you is that there is a short primer on the New Guide Concept right here in the online library that will easily get you off on the right foot. For all intents and purposes, it will give you a good nutshell overview of how to set things up properly. The article in the magazine had a bit more history and perhaps some additional pointers, but the online article is good enough to get you going.

I ordered both back issues about 2 weeks ago and they arrived today.
