Guys
On the bumper guide set up I am searching the site and people are saying to set the guides up the normal way ?
I am guessing this means to set the guides " on top " of the blank, since it is a cast set up ?
If so when the guides are turned to the 180 and being similar to a spin set up, the spacing can be changed in this position - use fewer guides - Why not set the cast set up at the 180, space the tip guides and use any cast guides nessasary doing the static test, then when one has the spacing turn the butt guide up to zero then place the bumper?

Wasn't the article 100000% detailed in Rodmaker magazine?

Don't have the issue. All the rest just not that one

It was described in that way for simplicity sake. You can set it up any way that works best for you.

The part about setting the guides up in the normal fashion is so that people will not make the Bumper guide part of the regular spacing. It is an "addition to" rather than "part of" the normal sizing and spacing of the guides.

It didn't occur to me that you didn't have the magazine. You'll find it explained and illustrated in pretty simple form there.
