It is always the goal at Dan Craft Enterprises to serve our customers as swiftly and honestly as possible! We pride ourselves in prompt service and so it bothers me if/when that service cannot be carried out. As a few of you may know, my wife has had an on the job injury and I spending much time taking her to various doctors and appointments to please SAIF. Unfortunely, this has caused a slowdown in shipping and filling orders in a few cases (mostly export). In addition I have let a few peoples requests slip my feeble mind. For any problems I may have caused our customers, I am truly sorry and hope that you will bear with my wife and I as we try to deal with these situations. I will be out of the office all day on Tuesday 10/25/05 to take her to Portland for more tests. Upon my return on Wednesday, I should be able to catch up on these "slow" orders and get back in the game!
