MV Derby "shore" bass

Great news regarding a rodbuilder that came to one of the Northeast Rodbuilders "gatherings".... Leo got the big bass from "shore" division with a 45lb (plus) striped bass in the Marthas Vineyard Striped Bass Derby and now joins the ranks of the other greats to catch large bass from the Vineyard shores!!

Leo came to the first MA gathering a couple years ago with limited rodbuilding experience, saw the "start to finsh" thing we did, and came back the next year with a tricked out marblizing wrap that he may have learned through John Dow (pic posted on the old page).

Congatulations Leo..... (you better not have caught it on an Ugly Stik!!!)
