MY motor died and I need a new one. Looking for some ideas where I might by one localy. Does anyone know if radio shack or any other store who might sell motor that would work for this. I would just like to get one soon without having to wait for it if I order.
Thanks for the help.

Joe

Go to your local Wally World and get a rotisserie motor.

Don't do like I did and go to the local rod shop and buy the cheapest $18 "drying motor" they had. It turned out to be 4rpm, and has a tendency to fall apart in the middle of a rod drying which hoses the epoxy job I had done.

Other than that it does what it needs to do, turn... lol.

I had the chuck fall off of my cheapo on the last rod. Fortunately it stayed together long enough to setup properly.

Go to your Rain Shadow/Forecast dealer. Motor is about $11.00 . Same one they use on their motorized wrapper.
