I'll try this again, my last message vanished, I think I needed my last name.

I have been out of the rod business for a couple years (not completely but little on-line actiivty). I noticed that Sinclairs Restoration handbook seems to be worth quite a bit. I bought one about 10 years ago for $30. What is the status with the author and book that it is now commanding such a price?

Mike retired, the publisher pulled the books and now they go for $100 +..... I was lucky, I got my couple copies for $24.95 while they were still in the supply houses, all this happened about a year ago...

Man, I just suggested to Aaron a few minutes ago further up the board to seek out this book. I hope he can find someone who has a copy. I had no idea they were rare and appreciating in price.
