I`ll be taking the yearly camping trip to the Lancaster PA. area in early October.I have in the past heard that there is an Amish fellow that makes Agate guides that lives in this area.Does anyone the location or a name??A phone number??Although most Amish dont use phones some have a one hour period when they can be reached.Any info will be apprieated.

I've never heard of him. Russ Gooding and the Golden Witch crew are in Hopeland, PA although I don't really know where that is in relation to Lancaster. They offer a couple types of agate style guides.

Thanks Tom,Did a mapquest and they are very close to the area I will be.I do remember seeing an ad in a area attractions book for a tackle maker in the area and wanted to stop by and check out his old school method of doing things.I will see if GW has a showroom and if they allow visitors.
