Sorry we have not been able to connect. I just tried to send you e-mail
regarding this matter and received the same response as in the past:

I'm not sure what the problem is, but your e-mail address never seems to
work for us. whether we are replying to your message or starting with a new
message, the results are the same.

What you should have done when you did not receive a response, was to
