ALL booth sales for the National Rod Builders Show will go through me this year. We've already outsold the total number of booth spaces for last year. We have added an additional aisle so booth spaces do remain available, but we expect to sell out shortly.

Unlike last year, we will not extend booth sales up until the final week before the show. In fact, we should have the floor plan layout and booth spaces assigned, and written in stone, by mid-November.

Currently, we are not selling booth spaces to additional blank and component supply dealers outside of those who were there last year. We do not want to cut the pie into too many pieces and thus are reserving those spaces for the dealers who were with us the past two years (they took the risk on a new show and thus deserve the rewards). I will be happy to put dealers on a waiting list in the event that any of the dealers on hand last year might not come back this year. But other than that, consider booths for blank and component suppliers to be full at this time.

Booth spaces do remain available for manufacturers and/or rod builders. Please contact me via email if you would like a booth sales contract. I'll be happy to mail one out to you right away.
