I might have asked this before...a long while ago, but I don't think so.
I'm thinking about relining for steelhead. Current line is a Airflo multi-tip. It has performend quite well. Have thought about just going with a top grade floating line and then using several of the Airflow sinking Polyleaders are the sink-tip. They come in various lengths and sink rates....seems like it might be a way to go. What do you guys think? Thanks... Keith Re: Line question.....Multi-Tip or Polyleaders?

I really like the tapered poly leaders for use with both my sinking and floating lines, use mostly 10 footers. I don't like loop to loop connections and use the old fashion nail knot instead. Bob Re: Line question.....Multi-Tip or Polyleaders?

What weight rod are you using, how deep do you want to get, how far do you want to cast, and how much line do you expect to mend? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
