Tip Sizes Concept Guides?

What size tip tops would be good for 7-7.5' bass casting rods, like a pitching
or flipping stick? 6mm, 7mm, or 8mm ring? Using Concept Alconite guides.
thanks,
Dave

Any of them would be ok. Myself, I have been going down to size 6 fly guides on my running guides so I would also use a 6 tip.

I try to use the same size as the last guide before the tip-top. I think it looks better
and performs just as well as anything else.
