I recently bought a brother decal machine to make decals for my rods. The question is when I put the stickers on the rod every thing is fine until I put the rod finish over the decals the edges of the decal start to peel up.I would appreciate any ideas on how to correct this problem.
Thanks

Best remedy: buy your decals from Decal Connection.

Cover the Label with Color Preserver first .

Tim,
There are good suggestions above but you might also consider putting a trim wrap on each end of the decal that just barely overlaps and holds down the four corners of the decal.

Hi Tim,
I also use a Brother Labelmaker for my inscriptions and I coat the edges with "Hard As Nails". It takes a few minutes to dry and then I apply my finish.
