Hi I have just received a cork handle kit XML Ti 11†and the rear cork grip is bent one way at the top and a different way at the bottom, and the cork feels soft.
I need to ream out the centre so it will fit the rod, will it work or should I buy a new handle kit. Thank you, Tom Re: cork

Hard to say without seeing it. By "soft" do you mean spongy or just flexible? The grip will likely straighten out once you mount it to the rod. Use a reamer that is large enough to nearly fit the inside bore. This will straighten it a bit and also make sure you don't ream off-center.
