This is my first time using graphite reelseat arbors and I wanted to know, do I epoxy them to the inside of the reelseat before epoxying the reelseat to the blank or do I epoxy everything at the same time?

You can do it either way. I normally fit and adhere them to the blank first. But, you can glue them in the seat first if you like.

I do think that if you're using a full length one-piece arbor that it's easier to glue into the blank and then fit and glue the assembly onto the blank. If you're working with two arbors I'd adhere them to the blank first and then install the seat.

Personally, I do it the other way. I use two arbors and fit them tightly inside either end of the reelseat. Push them up inside even with the inside shoulder of the reelseat. It may take alittle sanding to fit it snug. I use 100 or 120 grit paper layed flat on my work bench spinning the arbor alittle with each pass and fit to the seat with precision. Personally also, I use five minute 1 ton epoxy for this step, as it is quick and easy once the proper fit has been found. Perhaps, if it is your first time use the slow curring epoxy to aid you if your fitting isn't quite right, but you'll have to wait to ream when the epoxy is set.
Once the epoxy is set well, then I ream the arbor as I would with cork, VERY CAREFULLY, to fit the blank.
