hi Italo,
Not sure what you are asking here. If the inside hole is to big for the blank then you can use a graphite bushing or cork bushings or masking take,dry wall tape will work also. Is that what you wanting to know?

Italo,
If you are seeking a way to fill gaps in the surface of a cork handle that is done by mixing cork dust with Rod Bond to make a putty ... like paste. Overfill the gaps and let the filler dry completely. Then sand it down and it will blend in nicely. Make the cork dust by sanding down a cork ring of similar tone as the handle. If the handle is too dark just lightly sand the entire length and the colors should blend very well.
Good luck;
Dave
