When glueing cork grips do you apply rod bond to just one face of the cork piece or to both opposing faces?
Thanks Tom Re: Rod Bond and cork

Both faces, and then scrape off all that you've just put on. You read that correctly - apply the RodBond, then with the edge of a popsycle stick or similar, scrape off as much as you can. Then slide the rings on the mandrel and clamp. This resulsts in a great bond with the slightest possible (almost invisible) glue line.

I've been using a single edged razor blade both to apply the Rod Bond and to scrape it off; this really works well for me. Putter Williston, ND Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
