Was there a reason there was not do a trout spin rod in the artical. I would have figured that would be popular ?

I guess you could figure it out & get a general idea using Bass Spinning rod, or maybe Steelhead spinning rod?

We couldn't cover every possible rod type, nor was there any need to do so. The idea was to cover basic categories so other builders could get a general idea of what similar rods were selling for from other builders and in different locations across the Country.

Look at the gross margin on a rod similar to what you asked about and you'll have the information you want.
