Hi guys I have question for you all. When you tint the premagloss what do you use for the pigments...will the Testors model paint work for this or is there something better.I did a search but found no specific mention of what kind of pigments'.Thanks Mike in PA Re: Tinting permagloss

I've just recently painted some gal rods, and debated whether to spray and permagloss or tint the permagloss. Never having used permagloss, I'm glad I sprayed first. In my hands, I think I got a better finish quickly wiping on the thin pg clear coats. Man, that stuff starts setting up FAST. Re: Tinting permagloss

I've used Testor's with the solvent poured off and also a 'hardware store' white paint pigment; the pigment added to the paints we buy at stores to color it with. Putter Williston, ND Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
