Hi Mike. I think CTS has a fly blank with those specs. Contact them or Lamar Reel Seats. Both links are to the left in the sponsor list. Lamar just announced recently that they will be a CTS dealer.

Another option is to contact Mark Steffen of Steffen Bros. fly rods in Flagstaff, AZ. He rolls and paints all his blanks and uses spigot ferrules. He usually uses blue paint but he might be willing to build and paint one to your desired color.

Final option would be to buy a natural graphite with those specs and paint it yourself. Dan Craft makes an 8'9" 4wt. 3pc. (close enough?) in sanded, unfinished. You could paint that brown with tinted Permagloss.

Those are the ideas that come to mind.

have the client explore the possibility of a four piece. batson has the RX7+ 9', 4 weight 4 pc in a chestnut gloss brown. dan craft offers some blanks outside his five rivers lineup in a brown, not sure of the sizes. then there's tiger eye blanks, 9 footers, 3/4 or 4/5 wt, but again, not three piece rods.
