Hey Guys:
Is there any other way to place your customer's name on a custome rod other than hand printing? My penmanship is fair but is not worthy of a fine custom rod. Do you have any suggestions on either a suitable alternative or a way to improve my skills of writing on a rod??? Thanks, Steve Re: Customer's Name

Look at Decal Connection (on the left). They have great ideas to help out. Re: Customer's Name

OK...
I just read their sight thoroughly. Until now I didn't realize they would do just one decal. Great!!! Thanks, Steve Re: Customer's Name

Nothing compares to the quality and variety available from Decal Connection.
.....but, if you do quite a few and want to save a bit of money you might try a Brother P-Touch machine. You can get transparent tape with either black or white script. I use a little Model 2300 (less than $100) which gives me 4 different fonts, 5 different styles, font sizes from 6-point to 36-point, 3 width settings, and some other features I never use. I also find it useful for printing blank specs on blanks (such as Rainshadow) which only provide the manufacturer name on the included decal. It isn't elegant but you can get a very professional look if you lay it out and apply it properly. It will pay for itself by the time you've used the first tape cartridge..........and it is really useful for labeling stuff at home. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
