Hey guys,
Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know we are experiencing a delay in shipping orders...for no other reason thatn TOO MUCH BUSINESS. Upon reopening my doors week before last i had over 200 rodbuilding related emails in my inbox, and aproximately 47 phone messages to return....that doesn't count what has been happening between then and now! So, I have to respectfully ask that those of you who have placed orders excercise a little patience and understanding. You will get your order...I am working 18 hour days to see to that! If you would find the time to open the mail and read your emails on a timely basis you would find that you could deal with customer orders, court orders, summonses, claims for environmental damage and legal notices in a timely fashion. This method of doing work on schedule would certainly keep you "dander down" in time of personal crisis.
