Got one recently on clearance. Any thoughts on what it's good at? Thinking specifically about saltwater applications. Re: Anybody built an ISA1355?

What kind of weight can expect to throw and what kind of distances? Re: Anybody built an ISA1355?

Lure weight 3/8 to 1 1/4 oz. Usually means about 1 oz is the max for best performance, that is the weight and bait weight total. It's a salmon rod, made for float fishing most likely, distance is not as important here as proper presentation. The length was necessary to keep the line contact with the water to a minimum while the float and bait is carried with the current. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
