Dancraft FT or Loomis IMX or other???

Which rod would you chose for a 7wt. It will be casting full sink line with short leaders and big bulky flies for Trout out of a boat.

I have no casting time with the Loomis IMX, but you can't go wrong with the Dan Craft FT. Its a horse in the wind and does great with chuck-n-duck, heavy flies and sinking lines.

I have used both and for your application the Dan Craft FT is the better of the two in my mind.

You want the 9 ft Dan Craft FT. One of the sweetest rods I've cast, period.
